We got Penny at one year old and, to put it politely, she was feral. She had absolutely no idea how to live in a home. She was jumping on tables, biting the couch, tugging on the lead, barking at people and launching herself at anyone who came near us.

Rob came the very next day and I can genuinely say it was one of the best investments we’ve ever made for our dog and our family. Within a matter of hours, Penny was calmer, listening and starting to understand what was expected of her.
What I love most about Rob is that he doesn’t just train the dog, he teaches you how to communicate with them properly. The difference in Penny has been incredible, and we honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

The morning Rob was coming, I was laughing with my partner saying, “He’s going to have his hands full with Max. There is no way he’ll be able to get him under control.”
Within minutes, I was absolutely gobsmacked.
Max was responding to Rob, looking to him for direction and actually waiting for him. The lead training was the part I genuinely thought he had no chance with, and I’m still blown away by the difference.
What really sets Rob apart is that he doesn’t just work with your dog and leave. He teaches you exactly what he’s doing, explains it clearly, goes over it until you understand, then has you step in and do it yourself.
I’ve never met a trainer quite like him. The change in Max was incredible, and the whole session made us feel like we finally understood what we needed to do.

Robert is a genius. We had 2 cats when introducing our puppy and she thought they were her toys. The poor cats were not coping and neither were we. Within an hr of Robert working with our puppy the cats were back in the lounge feeling relaxed and Roxie (our puppy) was ignoring them and happily snoozing in her bed.
Robert also helped us with controlling her eating and walking behaviour.
It’s so important to nip poor behaviour in the bud to ensure both you and your puppy are living their best life. Highly highly recommend Robert.
